Women In The Boardroom

On October 9, 2006, Carly Fiorina, former Chairman and CEO of Hewlett-Packard, released her memoir, Tough Choices. The book discussed her career and her views on such issues as what constitutes a leader, how women can thrive in business and the role technology will continue to play in reshaping our world.

In Tough Choices, Fiorina writes about her triumphs and failures, her deepest fears and most painful confrontations...including her sudden and very public firing by HP’s board of directors.

Our collection contains comments from many female contributors on topics ranging from Gender-Based Discrimination to the challenges facing Working Moms.

Fiorina's memoir encouraged us to add a new theme: Do You Have To Act Like A Man To Get To The Boardroom?. Take a look and see if you agree!
